- If order not cancelled within 6 hours after payment or before dispatch of product , whichever earlier
- If delivered on time and complaint of damaged/wrong product not received within1 working days of receiving.
- If wrong delivery address given.
- If address changed after dispatch of order
- If order not received at given address.
2. Refund can be claim on –
- Non delivered products – Non Delivered can be considered after 20 working days of expected delivery date.
- Wrong product delivered – difference on model number, color, making year, brand name will considered.
- Damaged or non working product delivered. ( Full Unboxing Video Required )
- Order Cancellation can be done within 6 hours after payment or before dispatch of product whichever is earlier.
- Order Cancellation can’t be accept in any circumstance after dispatch of order/product.
- Customer can’t cancel the order in between ( date of dispatch and delivery date)
- Refund will be processed through online mode in 5-6 working days after we received returned product in same condition we deliver.
