Shipment processing time :

All online shopping orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Online orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone or email. Product delivery delays can occasionally occur based on the distance and circumstances.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The product shipping charges is based on the weight & size of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category adds up the total weight & size of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. Product order shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout page.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped, The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping. If you received your order damaged, tempered, broken please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
